Plans & Billing
Manage your subscription, compare plan tiers, and configure add-ons.
Viewing Your Plan
Click Manage → Billing & Plans in the navigation. This dashboard shows:
- Your current subscription tier
- Resource usage (Rooms, Devices, Team Members)
- Billing interval (Monthly or Yearly)
- Access to the Stripe Customer Portal
Billing is managed at the Account level. The subscription applies to your entire team.

Billing Intervals
- Yearly: Save up to 20% compared to monthly
- Monthly: Pay month-to-month for flexibility
Changing Plans
- Upgrades: Happen immediately with prorated billing
- Downgrades: Take effect immediately, remaining credit applied to your account
Add-ons
Customize your plan with additional capacity or features:
Capacity Add-ons
- Extra Rooms: +5 rooms for $5/year
- Extra Devices: +50 devices for $5/year
- Extra Team Members: +1 user for $12/year
Feature Add-ons
- Version History: Full map and notebook revision tracking with diff views ($24/year)
- Custom SSO: Configure your own identity provider ($25/month)
- Multi-Team Support: Manage multiple sub-teams ($15/month)
Enterprise plans include Custom SSO and Multi-Team Support.
Discount Codes
- Active discounts are applied automatically at checkout
- Both original and discounted prices are shown
- Discounts may apply to specific plans or all plans
Payment Methods
We use Stripe for secure payment processing:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover)
- Access Stripe Portal via "Manage Subscription"
- Update payment methods and view invoices
- PDF invoices emailed after each payment
Free Trial
New accounts receive a trial period:
- Full access to Professional plan features
- Sample data to explore the interface
- Reminder emails before expiration
- Upgrade anytime to keep your data
Account Cancellation
Found in the Danger Zone at the bottom of the Billing page.
Warning: Account cancellation permanently deletes all data and cannot be undone.
What happens:
- Pro-rated refund for unused subscription time
- All maps, devices, clients, and notebook pages deleted
- Immediate logout and redirect
Alternatives:
- Downgrade to Free tier to keep data (within limits)
- Pause subscription via Stripe Portal
