Inventory List
View all your devices in a single comprehensive table, regardless of which room they're in.
Accessing the Inventory
Click Inventory in the top navigation bar. This page displays every device across all rooms in your account.
Table Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Device | Brand, Model, and Serial Number. Shows a "Virtual" badge for VMs and containers. |
| Category / Room | Device type and location. Virtual devices also show their host machine. |
| OS / Firmware | Operating system or firmware version. |
| Network | All IP addresses (marked DHCP or Static) and MAC addresses. |
| Connections | Summary of incoming and outgoing connections with device names, ports, and cable types. |
| Actions | Quick links to view on map, edit device, or open notebook page. |
Finding Devices
- Browser Find: Use Ctrl/Cmd + F to search the page
- Global Search: Use the search bar in the navigation for advanced queries
- Column Sorting: Click column headers to sort by that field
Viewing Device Details
Click any row in the inventory table to open a detailed device info modal showing:
- Device type and serial number
- Purchase information (price, date, store)
- All connections to and from the device
- Device notebook content
- Attachments and links
- Custom properties
Modal Actions

| Download a PDF with all device details, connections, and properties | |
| Edit Device | Open the device editor to update information |
Quick Actions Column
The Actions column on the right side of each row provides quick access to common tasks:
| PDF Export: Download a detailed PDF for this specific device | |
| Edit: Open the device form to update details | |
| Notebook: Open the device's notebook page for notes and documentation |
CSV Export
Download your entire inventory as a spreadsheet:
- Click the Export CSV button at the top of the page
- File downloads as
inventory_YYYY-MM-DD.csv
Exported Data Includes:
- Brand, Model, Category, Room name
- Serial Number
- All IP Addresses with DHCP/Static flags
- All MAC Addresses
- Virtual device status and host information
- Connection summaries with direction and type
- Purchase information (date, price, store)
Tip: Open the CSV in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers for sorting, filtering, and creating custom reports.
