User Profile
Manage your personal account details, password, and security preferences.
Accessing Your Profile
Click your name in the top-right corner and select Profile. This page shows your personal settings, separate from account-wide settings.
Personal Information
- Name: Your display name shown to team members and in activity logs
- Email: Your login email address. Changing this requires email verification.
Changing Your Password
- Enter your current password for verification
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm the new password
- Click Update Password
Tip: Use a unique, strong password. Consider using a password manager.
Security Settings
For advanced security options, visit Security Settings:
- Two-Factor Authentication (Email or TOTP app)
- Passkeys for passwordless login
- Backup recovery codes
- Linked OAuth accounts (Google, Microsoft, GitHub, etc.)

Your Role
Your profile shows your role within the account:
- Account Admin: Full access to all settings, billing, and team management
- Team Admin: Can manage team members but not billing
- Member: Standard access based on group permissions
Deleting Your Account
If you need to leave an account:
- Team members: Contact your Account Admin to be removed
- Account Admins: Delete the entire account from Billing settings
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
