Room Management

Organize your documentation into separate rooms - each with its own visual map canvas.


The Dashboard

Your room list shows all maps in a card-based grid:

Users with only one room are taken directly to the Mapper instead of the Dashboard.

Creating a Room

  1. Click "Create New Room" on the Dashboard
  2. Enter a Name (e.g., "Server Closet", "Living Room", "Garage")
  3. (Optional) Select a Client to group rooms by project
  4. (Optional) Enter an Address with Google Maps autocomplete
  5. (Optional) Add Notes for access codes, WiFi passwords, etc.
  6. Click Create Room

Room Settings

Click Edit on any room card to modify:

Background Images

Upload a custom background for your map:

Devices appear over the background image, helping you position them to match physical layouts.

Link devices between different rooms:

Deleting Rooms

Click Delete on a room card to remove it:

Warning: Room deletion cannot be undone.
