How It Works

Adding Credentials

Navigate to SP Dashboard → Credentials
Click Add Credential
Select the client and site
Choose the credential type (WiFi, Router, Alarm, etc.)
Enter the credential details
Click Save - credentials are encrypted automatically

Accessing Credentials

Quick Copy: Click the copy icon to copy username or password to clipboard
Show/Hide: Toggle password visibility with the eye icon
Search: Filter by client, site, or credential type
Mobile Access: Access credentials from any device in the field

Audit Trail

Every credential access is logged with:

Who accessed the credential (user name)
When it was accessed (timestamp)
What action was taken (view, copy, edit)

Best Practices

Organize by Type: Use consistent credential types for easy filtering
