Getting Started

  1. Add Your First Client: Go to SP Dashboard → Clients → Add Client
  2. Create a Site: Each client needs at least one site (location)
  3. Add Equipment: Document equipment at each site with model numbers and service history
  4. Store Credentials: Add passwords and access codes to the encrypted vault
  5. Invite Technicians: Add team members and track their certifications
